Notably, LCA Mark-1A is a modern fighter jet, which has the best avionics, modern radar system and a stronger combat capacity than before.
HAL LCA MARK will make 1-A fighter jet
According to a media agency report, the fighter will be created by Jet Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL). This will be the second order for the LCA Mark 1-A Fighter Plane. The central government has ordered about Rs 48,000 crore for 83 fighter jets a few years ago. This new fighter will replace Jet MIG-21. MIG-21 is old, which is why the Indian Air Force is out of service.
What is the strength of LCA Mark 1-A?
The Indian Air Force will completely remove the MiG-21 from the fleet in the next few weeks. LCA Mark-1 is a state-of-the-art fighter jet, which has a better avionics, modern radar technology and high level of ability. More than 65 percent of these indigenous items will be used.
